  Having had a terrible experience with a different timber window manufacturer, we were recommended The Traditional Window Company by a colleague. The quote was very competitive and they were able to make the windows in a good lead time. The windows were installed on time, by a very friendly team. They cleared up after themselves, and were very unobtrusive. They were even considerate over my toddler’s nap times.

  The windows are of an excellent standard, and a friend of ours who makes traditional windows in Yorkshire gave them the once over, and said they were good.

• We are  very pleased with the result and  were particularly impressed with the workmanship. Both men worked continuously, carefully and efficiently and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. I told them how pleased we were but it would be nice if you were to let them know that I had reported this back to you. Finally, we are seriously considering having the upstairs windows replaced, when the weather gets a bit warmer, and I shall be grateful if, in due course, you can let us have an estimate for this work.

• The new windows and doors were finished yesterday and I felt the need to write and say how fantastic they are, the Road we live on is very busy and the traffic noise was driving both of us mad. The main criteria here was to ensure that the appearance was to match the other houses in the Road due to us being in a conservation area.
